*This is a NON SMOKING condo. If you smoke in the condo, please know that you will be responsible for damages, including loss of future rentals. 

*In an effort to maximize your vacation experience, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, (but other days may be possible).

*CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 90 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a $75 Service Fee. Deposits for CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE are NON-REFUNDABLE.
